Xi'an Biang Biang: authentic noodles & pork burger in Sydney
Being a crazy noodles and chilli fan, when this Xi'an place opened in Chinatown, we came early to hunt. Biang Biang is a type of Xi'an noodle, Chinese also call it "trouser belt noodle" because of its shape. It is a pleasant food hunting, noodles are so well-made, not as spicy due to the market but good flavour combo. It's a pity that the two times we went all the cold noodle dishes weren't available. However Biang Biang Noodle and Pork Burger are both authentic and good, a bit expensive though.
Food Hunting Video:
Came for lunch, as soon as it opens at 12:00.
Grab a seat, read the menu and order at the counter.
Self-served table, get your own water, plates and bowls, don't forget tissue and chopsticks.
Since the cold noodles I want to try is all not available, I end up getting the two most signature items from Xi'an.

Pulled Pork Burger Xi'an Style
