Malabang: upgraded Chinese spicy dip soup with 16 herbs & spices
This is a new Malatang brand in town (choose your own ingredients in spicy dip soup) by Taste Of Shanghai Group. The new store is actually just near the Taste Of Shanghai restaurant in World Square. Unlike the traditional street food style Malatang, this Malabang is more of an upgraded version. The store is bright, clean and modern. Everything is well prepared and displayed. They even have 7 steps on How-To-Eat your Malatang signages in the shop. Instant noodles selection is definitely one of the highlights which reminds me of childhood back in China. The bowl is super big, prolly bigger than your face:) The soup base has 16 herbs and spices, so I went wild and drank quite a bit.

ReplyDeleteOh yah this Malatang place has just opened by Taste Of Shanghai Group last week, sooooo new. They've also opened another upgraded Chinese restaurant in Burwood last week too, we're gonna try it tomorrow and see if it's good. Excited~~~
